Return Policy 

• 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

• How to Start: Email info.fizzium@gmail.com to request a return. Items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

• Damaged or Wrong Items: Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
Return the item first. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement.

EU Customers:
If shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Refunds:
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it has been over 15 business days since approval, contact info.fizzium@gmail.com
